The Plan
Monday- Run 6-7 miles, Circuit Train
Tuesday- Bike 20-30 miles, 1:15 hr of Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Wednesday- Run 8-10 miles, Open Water Swim
Thursday- Bike 20-30 miles, 1:15 hr of Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Thanks for the vote of confidence. I have a feeling I'll probably look like death when I cross the finish line, but at least I'll cross it.
